Would be Five-stars if I was greeted upon arrival. There was no line and I stood there waiting while the staff talked amongst each other. I’m a black man so you DEFINITELY see me AmeriKKKa. A polite young lady did notice me and she walked from the other side and helped me thus why this location garnered four-stars.

This is by far the best coffee I've had in a long long time! Smooth, dark, strong with no bitter aftertaste. I sought it out several times now since discovering it and I haven't been disappointed yet. It's a small little narrow place and sometimes I don't have the time to wait in the line but if I go in 'off' times there's no line and I"m in a happy little spot sipping on "coffee that doesn't suck". Go get one!

Generally I don't mind Starbucks. I take advantage of the rewards program, and I know that when I order something it's going to taste pretty much the same, so it's a safe bet. This particular Starbucks, however, is barely average. It is always dirty, has an old, funky smell to it and the service is meh. It's too bad, because the location is great. And maybe that's why they don't care. They're always going to be busy, so why make the effort?
